Michael W. Lynch, MD
Dr. Lynch is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 40 years of experience serving patients throughout Fresno and the Central Valley. He provides compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on preventive medicine, wellness, and the long-term management of chronic health conditions. Dr. Lynch believes in taking the time to understand each patient's individual needs and building trusted relationships that support their long-term health. In addition to his extensive Internal Medicine experience, he has advanced training in Tropical Medicine and Travel Health and holds a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. His work in medical education, public health, and clinical programs both nationally and internationally brings a broad perspective to his practice and allows him to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care.
Dickran H. Gulesserian, MD
Dr. Gulesserian is an Internal Medicine physician with ACGME-accredited fellowships in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care with a focus on preventive medicine, cardiovascular health, and chronic disease management. Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Gulesserian regularly participates in continuing medical education through programs offered by Tulane University and UCLA, allowing him to remain informed on a broad range of evolving medical topics. He believes in thoroughly educating patients, respecting their individual needs and personal choices, and building lasting relationships that support their long-term health and overall wellness goals. When specialized care is needed or requested, he draws upon a trusted network of specialists locally to help patients receive the most appropriate care.
